Introduction

5V Power Over eSATAp to eSATA + Mini USB B + 1.5mm DC Jack Cable. It allows you to connect your 2.5” eSATA Enclosure or 2.5” USB2.0 Enclosure to your Power eSATAp/USB Host Port without external Power Adapter. Because of use 5V Power Over eSATAp connector.

The power supports from Desktop power supply system or Laptop ExpressCard slot support for 5V Power out from Power eSATAp/USB connect. Plus 22002, you can use DATA + Power to your 2.5” Enclosure for eSATA or USB interface.

Power Over eSATA 5V(eSATA/USB)

It has 7 pin for SATA data transfer

4 pin for USB2.0 data transfer, it has also 5V power support. As we have USB2.0 has 5V power. The 5V power is comes from Desktop Power Supply.

Hot Swap

The product has support “Hot Swap”, it has depend on your M/B. For now, some M/B’s SATA port has supported with Hot Swap, but some has no support it. If no support Hot Swap, after you connector the SATA HDD, it will also not support with Hot Swap, too.

For this cable, we do support USB function, the cable has USB function.
